Technical Parameters and Drawings
1. Primary system diagram: including the model, specification, quantity of components in the cabinet, as well as the rated voltage, rated current and short-circuit capacity of the incoming line.
2. Secondary circuit schematic diagram: including the requirements of operation, signal, control, measurement and protection functions.
3. Arrangement diagram and floor plan: provide the main circuit scheme number, purpose, single-line system diagram, arrangement diagram and distribution room floor plan.
4. Auxiliary circuit wiring schematic diagram: provide the auxiliary circuit wiring schematic diagram and terminal arrangement diagram.
Component and function requirements
1. Component model and specification: clarify the model, specification and quantity of electrical components in the switchgear.
2. Control and protection function: explain the requirements of the control, measurement and protection functions of the switchgear, as well as the requirements of other locking and automatic devices.
3. Special function requirements: if there are special requirements such as remote control, monitoring unit, high-voltage metering module, overcurrent relay protection equipment, etc., they need to be stated in advance.
Connection and expansion requirements
1. Busbar bridge connection requirements: If busbar bridge connection is required between switchgear or incoming line cabinet, the specific requirements of busbar bridge such as rated current carrying capacity, span, height from the ground, etc. should be provided.
2. Extension module requirements: clarify whether extension modules are required, as well as the number and configuration requirements of extension modules.
Environment and use conditions
1. Use environment conditions: Detailed description of switchgear used in special environmental conditions, such as high altitude, high humidity, extreme temperature, etc.
2. Protection level requirements: Confirm whether the protection level of the equipment meets the requirements of the use environment.
Accessories and spare parts
1. Accessory requirements: clarify whether operating handles, cabinet door keys, installation tools and other accessories are required.
2. Spare parts list: provide the types and quantities of spare parts required.
Other matters needing attention
1. Contract and technical confirmation: Before signing the contract, both the supply and demand parties should confirm the product technical parameters and technical solutions.
2. Factory data requirements: The manufacturer is required to provide a delivery list, product certificate and factory test report, instruction manual, relevant electrical drawings, manuals of major components, etc.
